By way of background, we went to Belek on holiday in July 2004 and stayed in a Rose Garden Villa. We were so surprised at their size and value for money, not to mention the investment potential, that we had to buy one. Furthermore, the Golf Courses were far better than we had imagined. They are on a par with those in Portugal and Spain. Indeed, if you look in the golf magazines there are references to some of them being amongst the top twenty in the world.

Although we felt apprehensive and nervous the buying process was in fact less complicated than in the UK. It took three visits - including the holiday and completely furnishing the three storey, three bedroom property.

Living on site in one of the Rose Garden Villas is an English couple, Tony and Velma. They bought their Rose Garden Villa in late 2003 and are now the on-site agents for selling both the Rose Garden and Orange Blossom Villas. They would be only too pleased to show people what is available etc, they will help you through every step of the way and will even assist you in furnishing the property (helping with the discounts in the shops etc etc). Unlike estate agents in the UK, where once they take their commission you never see them again, Tony and Velma are extremely helpful and being that they live on-site they are there to answer questions and help with any problems etc after the sale.
